Invasive water primrose is known to grow in the lower Willamette Valley primarily in slow-moving waters and surrounding riparianRiparian areas The land alongside a creek, river, pond, or other body of water zones. It creates masses of persistent roots that spread quickly. Water primrose is a top priority species in the 4-County CWMA boundary and all are encouraged to report any sightings to the Oregon Invasive Species Hotline, www.oregoninvasiveshotline.org.
