West Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District offers free technical assistance for natural resources issues and land management. We can also help you with a conservation plan for land in rural areas, and in areas over an acre in size in the urban areas. Assistance may address needs related to soil, water, plants, or animals (livestock or wildlife).
