A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the West Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District will take place on 4/30/24, at 6:00PM via Zoom to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
The purpose of this public meeting is to receive comments from the public on the budget and for deliberation by the Budget Committee. Per ORS 294.438(C), the budget will be prepared on a modified cash basis of accounting, which will remove the liabilities and receivables on the District Balance Sheet and will provide a more easily understood financial position. Any person may attend the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after 4/29/2024 on the budget section of our website.
