About West Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District

West Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District has an 11-member Board of Directors which includes representatives of five geographic zones, two at-large Directors and four Associate Directors. Directors are elected by the public on the general ballot, and serve without pay.

Our District encompasses all of Multnomah County west of the Willamette River. It also includes all of Sauvie Island. (Ross Island, in the Willamette River is in the East Multnomah SWCD).
