January Board Meeting
January 18, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
The January meeting of the West Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District (WMSWCD) Board of Directors will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, January 18, beginning at 6:00 p.m. We welcome the public to all District board meetings, and the meeting agenda allows time for public comment. Any person may attend the meeting and request to make public comment during the public comment period.
A Zoom access code will be required to access the meeting. Interested participants may request the ID by emailing info@wmswcd.org with the subject line “Request for Conference ID” or by calling 503-238-4775 and leaving a voicemail message at extension 100, no later than 5:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.
At this meeting, the Board of Directors will participate in a gender awareness training; discuss the development of a leadership succession management plan; and bring into the public record a prior email discussion about the District’s office relocation that constituted a public meeting that was not given proper notice. Regular business to be covered at the board meeting includes approval of the prior month’s board meeting minutes and information on the previous month’s financial reports. The agenda can be modified by the Board of Directors at any time during the meeting.
The Board of Directors typically meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m., and due to COVID-19 restrictions, in lieu of meeting in-person, meetings will be held virtually via Zoom until further notice. Documents for this meeting will be available for inspection on the District’s webpage (https://wmswcd.org/people-places-things/people/board-meetings/) the morning of the meeting. Special accommodations for attending may be arranged with advance notice by calling West Multnomah Soil & Water Conservation District at (503) 238-4775 and leaving a voicemail message at extension 100 or by emailing info@wmswcd.org no later than 5:00 p.m. the Thursday prior to the meeting.
